Space Planning

The art of designing shelter and the built environment compliments mankind’s other two basic needs of food and clothing.  The emphasis of my practice for over 30 years has been that of religious architecture focused on the needs of smaller congregations.  Other ventures have included residential and commercial design as well as historic preservation.  Just as important as appropriate design has been the coordination of joint venture partners where required that share the mission of this practice.

Project areas include the following;

  • Churches
  • Commercial
  • Residential
  • Urban Spaces
  • Historic Preservation

New and recent projects:

    • Dormitory for Salvation Army – Tupelo, MS
    • Warehouse for disaster relief agency – Raymond, MS
    • Pocket park created from retail building destroyed by fire, including wall art
    • Cabin on hillside near Baldwyn, MS
    • Coordination for renovation of historic church – Amory, MS
    • Wall mural and sign renovation projects for Amory Regional Museum
